1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
    • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (availability may vary)

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, weather, or carrier-related issues.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the USA and select international locations.
  • We do not ship very large items, high value items or items through private carriers to P.O. Boxes.
  • We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please contact the carrier directly.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@prorarecollectibles.com] with a photo and order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Pro Rare Collectibles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
  • Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
